Material and Construction
KONG PupSqueaks Daisy is constructed from super-soft plush fabric with a dense fill that delivers a satisfying mouthfeel during gentle chewing and mouthing. The full-body squeaker is integrated throughout the toy’s core, allowing it to squeak from virtually any point of contact. As a light-duty plush toy, Daisy is built for gentle play, comfort use, and sensory engagement — not for heavy chewing or aggressive tug play.
Texture, Size, and Play Duration Guidance
The plush exterior is soft and pliable, with a dense interior that maintains its shape during light chewing and squeezing. Sized for medium dogs, Daisy is well-proportioned for comfortable carrying and mouthing. Play sessions are typically short to moderate in length. Dogs with stronger chewing tendencies may work through the plush material more quickly — this toy is best suited for gentle to moderate chewers.
Play Style and Functional Use
Daisy is a plush comfort and squeaking toy. Dogs engage through squeezing, mouthing, and light tossing, with the full-body squeaker providing consistent auditory feedback at every point of contact. After active play, Daisy transitions naturally into a snuggle companion, making it a well-rounded addition to any dog’s toy rotation. Supervise all play sessions, as plush toys are not designed for unsupervised or aggressive use.
Safety, Usage, and Care Guidance
Supervise all play with this toy. Plush toys are not suitable for unsupervised use or dogs who chew aggressively. Inspect Daisy regularly for torn seams, exposed stuffing, or a compromised squeaker — replace the toy if any of these conditions are present. Select the appropriate size for your dog to reduce the risk of accidental ingestion of small parts. Store in a clean, dry location when not in use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Spot clean with a damp cloth as needed. Allow to air dry completely before returning to your dog. Do not machine wash or submerge in water, as this may damage the plush fabric and internal squeaker. Inspect seams and the squeaker mechanism after each cleaning.
