Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a complete meal?
No. Churu is designed as a treat or food complement – not a complete meal. Always pair with a nutritionally complete cat food and provide fresh water daily.
What are bonito flakes?
Bonito flakes are thin shavings of dried, fermented skipjack tuna. They add a savory, umami-rich flavor that cats find highly palatable and are commonly used in premium pet food formulations.
Can I use this to give my cat medication?
Yes. The creamy puree texture makes Churu a practical option for concealing pills or liquid medication. Squeeze a small amount onto a dish and mix in the medication as directed by your veterinarian.
Can I feed this to kittens?
Yes. This formula is suitable for all life stages, including kittens. Adjust serving frequency based on your kitten’s size and overall diet. Consult your veterinarian for guidance.
