Material and Construction
The Wee Mobie Whale is constructed from soft, fuzzy plush fabric designed to be lightweight and appropriately scaled for tiny and toy breed dogs. The construction prioritizes a manageable size and gentle feel over heavy-duty durability, making this plush dog toy best suited for light to gentle play. The whale silhouette features a rounded, tactile shape that small dogs can easily grip and manipulate during play.
Texture, Size, and Play Duration Guidance
The toy has a soft, fuzzy feel throughout — easy for small dogs to grip, mouth, and carry without strain. Each whale is sized specifically for smaller mouths, reducing the risk of size-related play issues common when standard dog toys are used by tiny breeds. Engagement duration will vary by individual dog; even light chewing tendencies warrant close supervision. Best suited for short, supervised play sessions centered on tug and pull interaction.
Play Style and Functional Use
As a plush dog toy, the Wee Mobie Whale is designed for tug, pull, and light interactive play. Its compact size and soft construction make it easy for tiny breeds to grip and manipulate independently. Owner-led tug sessions are well-supported by the toy’s rounded whale shape and lightweight build. This is not a fetch toy or puzzle toy — its primary value is in gentle, hands-on play enrichment tailored to the needs of small and toy breed dogs.
Safety, Usage, and Care Guidance
High supervision is recommended during all play sessions with this plush toy
Inspect each toy regularly for torn seams, loose fabric, or exposed fill material
Remove and replace any toy that shows signs of damage to prevent ingestion of materials
Confirm toy size is appropriate — designed for tiny and toy breeds only
Store in a clean, dry location when not in use
Cleaning and Maintenance
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Allow to air dry fully before returning to use. Avoid machine washing or high-heat drying methods, which can compromise the fuzzy plush fabric and toy structure. Inspect seams and fabric integrity regularly, especially after active tug play sessions.
