Material and Construction
The Fry Guys Suzy Medium is constructed from two layers of durable fabric, providing added resistance to thrashing and tugging compared to single-layer plush toys. The multi-texture design incorporates corduroy, medium-pile plush, and bubble plush — each offering a distinct tactile experience. The medium stick-shaped form holds its structure during active fetch and tug play and is sized for small to medium dog breeds. This is a light-to-moderate-duty toy suited for active play rather than sustained aggressive chewing.
Texture, Size, and Play Duration Guidance
The toy features a soft yet structured feel across three distinct fabric textures, giving medium dogs varied sensory input during play. The medium size is best suited for small to medium dog breeds and supports comfortable carrying, fetching, and tugging. Play duration will vary based on individual dog behavior — dogs that favor fetch and tug will typically sustain longer sessions. This toy is not designed for aggressive chewers.
Play Style and Functional Use
Fetch Toy: The medium stick shape provides a natural grip point and predictable flight path, making it well-suited for fetch and retrieve games with medium breeds in open spaces.
Tug Toy: The elongated structure supports two-handed tug interaction between dog and handler, with the medium size providing a comfortable grip for smaller and medium dogs.
Plush Toy: Built-in crinkle and squeak elements support independent play and sensory stimulation. Moderate supervision is recommended during unsupervised use.
Safety, Usage, and Care Guidance
Moderate supervision is recommended, particularly during unsupervised play sessions
Inspect the toy regularly for signs of wear, fabric separation, or squeaker exposure
Replace the toy if the outer fabric is torn or internal components become accessible
Ensure toy size is appropriate for your dog to reduce ingestion risk
Store in a clean, dry location when not in use
Cleaning and Maintenance
Spot clean with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid machine washing or high-heat drying methods that may compromise fabric integrity or internal components. Inspect stitching and squeaker function after each cleaning session.
