Filtration System & Chamber Flow

The rear chamber is divided into three distinct stages to ensure mechanical, biological, and chemical filtration purity:

Stage 1 (Surface Overflow & Mechanical): Water passes through the surface skimmer intake onto the coarse filter sponge, trapping fish waste, plant debris, and floating matter.

Stage 2 (Biological Media Chamber): Water flows down through the media riser tray housing high-porosity UNS Bio Blocks, cultivating dense colonies of nitrifying bacteria.

Stage 3 (Return Pump Chamber): Clean water collects in the final chamber, where the submersible powerhead pushes water back into the display tank via the adjustable trumpet nozzle.
